Job summary

Finnova AG Bankware, based in Switzerland, seeks a Business Analyst for the agile Scrum team “Accounting, Booking System & Account Closing”. You will capture and translate complex banking requirements into epics and user stories, model data interfaces, and ensure business- and technically-feasible solutions with XML/SQL tooling.

You collaborate with Product Management and developers to drive central product development, act as the main liaison with customers and internal stakeholders, and help

Qualifications

Completed higher education in business informatics, banking, or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in the financial sector.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in agile software development projects.
Strong conceptual/analytical thinking and ability to translate customer requirements into clear business/technical specs.

Responsibilities

Analyse business requirements and translate them into epics and user stories.
Elaborate interfaces, data models and configuration for implementation.
Act as central contact between Product Owner, development team and customers to ensure shared understanding.
