You will mentor colleagues, share knowledge, and collaborate with EY teams globally to drive client value. Fluency in English and French is required, with willingness to travel within Switzerland.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of relevant experience in banking, wealth & asset management, or insurance.
• Proven track record of leading transformation projects and managing teams.
• Experience with data-heavy FS solutions and integration with enterprise systems.
• Strong communication bridging IT and business stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and French; willingness to travel in Switzerland.
