You will develop ML methods for the Self-Driving Labs platform, focusing on probabilistic modeling, Gaussian processes, and Bayesian optimization to accelerate discovery.

You will translate papers into production-ready components, benchmark new approaches, and collaborate with AI scientists, software engineers, and chemists.

Qualifikationen

• PhD or MSc in Computational Chemistry, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Strong ML foundations, probabilistic modeling or optimization.
• Excellent English communication for cross-functional collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with Bayesian optimization, Gaussian processes, active learning, or experimental design.
• Proficiency in Python and software engineering practices to produce clean, tested code.
• Ability to translate literature ideas into production-ready components.
