Zusammenfassung

Arbeitnow in Switzerland seeks an AI Architect / AI Engineering Lead to design and implement production-grade autonomous and multi-agent AI systems. You will shape enterprise AI architecture and drive engineering across requirements, coding, testing, and CI/CD for scalable software development workflows.

You will lead hands-on in LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI architectures, collaborating with software engineering, DevOps, and cloud teams to deliver reliable, production-ready AI solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of software engineering or DevOps experience.
• Hands-on with production-grade LLM/agentic AI solutions.
• Strong Java/J2EE and Spring Boot experience.
• Experience with React and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Azure and cloud architectures.
• CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Strong architectural and leadership skills.
• Healthcare/claims adjudication experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of autonomous and multi-agent AI systems.
• Provide technical leadership across enterprise AI architecture, engineering practices, and solution delivery.
• Design and implement AI agents to support software development workflows.
• Develop and integrate LLM- and RAG-based solutions using LangGraph and LangChain.
• Collaborate across software engineering, DevOps, and cloud environments to ensure scalable, reliable AI solutions.
• Drive best practices for AI engineering, multi-agent orchestration, and automated delivery pipelines.
• Contribute to architecture decisions spanning backend services and pipelines.
