Zusammenfassung

Destinus is seeking an Engineering Quality Manager to lead the quality backbone of our aerospace division. You will ensure compliance with EASA Part 21 Subpart J, EN9100, and other military standards across design, qualification and certification activities.

You will develop and oversee the quality system, manage design supplier qualification, drive internal and external audits, and lead continuous improvement with cross-functional teams, including the DO, to maintain momentum and safety.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in aviation or aerospace quality/compliance.
• Experience leading quality investigations and corrective actions.
• Audit training/certification or experience setting up quality systems.

Aufgaben

• Establish and manage the Quality System to meet regulatory needs.
• Support engineering in defining and implementing efficient processes.
• Oversee supplier qualification and ongoing performance monitoring.
• Maintain the quality system, document control, and change management.
• Audit planning, execution, and tracking of findings and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with external auditors (EASA, MoD) and cross-functional teams.
