Zusammenfassung

SR Technics Holding seeks a Process Engineer to industrialize and optimize engine piece part machining repair processes, working with peening, milling, turning, and grinding. You will lead process development and collaborate across Operations, Process Engineering, and external vendors to ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.

You will bring expertise in NC/CNC machining, 6-axis robotics, and CAD/CAM, applying aerospace MRO standards while mentoring teams and supporting industrialization

Qualifikationen

• Operated and supported NC/CNC machining processes including peening, milling, turning, grinding, and related support operations.
• Developed and optimized programs for 6-axis robotic systems, including ABB and KUKA platforms.
• Created NC/CNC machining programs with CAD/CAM software to ensure precision and efficiency.
• Applied aerospace MRO knowledge with focus on safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Managed projects and contributed to continuous improvement using lean methods.

Aufgaben

• Define standardized machining repair processes meeting OEM quality and compliance standards.
• Cover Peening, Milling, Turning, Grinding processes and related support processes.
• Drive continuous improvement using safety, Lean, Quality, Kaizen, SPC, FPY, OEE and problem solving.
• Provide coaching and training to operations colleagues on manufacturing principles.
• Support industrialization projects (SQDCP) and new/renewed repairs.
• Collaborate with Operations, Repair Engineering, Tooling Engineering and Shop Engineering.
