ANAVIA AG in Switzerland seeks a Configuration Management Engineer to lead baselines for aircraft systems, manage engineering changes, and ensure traceability across requirements, design data, tests, and built configurations.

You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, certification, and suppliers, using PLM/ERP tools (Teamcenter, SAP, Polarion) to ensure compliance with aviation standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace or related field.
• Proven experience managing product configurations for aircraft, helicopters, UAVs, or aerospace systems.
• Hands-on experience in engineering change management processes and CCBs.
• Knowledge of ASME Y14.5 and ISO drawing standards.
• Experience with requirements management and traceability tools.

Aufgaben

• Establish and maintain product configuration baselines for aircraft systems and components.
• Manage Engineering Change Proposals, Orders and Requests from approval to implementation.
• Control engineering drawings, specifications, data packages, and documentation releases.
• Maintain accurate Bills of Materials, parts lists and product structure hierarchies.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, design data, tests, and as-built configurations.
• Lead Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) and evaluate change impacts.
