Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace, mechanical or systems engineering.
• Proven experience managing product configurations for aerospace systems.
• Solid understanding of configuration management principles and standards.
• PLM/ERP experience including BOM management.
• Familiarity with aviation regulations and traceability tools.
• English required; German is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Establish and maintain product configuration baselines for aircraft systems and components.
• Manage Engineering Change Proposals, Orders, and Requests from approval to implementation.
• Control drawings, specifications, data packages, and releases.
• Maintain accurate Bills of Materials and product structures.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, design data, tests, and as-built configurations.
• Lead Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) and evaluate technical impact.
• Coordinate changes across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and support certification activities.
• Generate reports, metrics, and dashboards for program management.
