Job summary

Audi Revolut F1 Team is seeking a Correlation Engineer to join the CFD Group in Hinwil (Switzerland) or Bicester (UK). You will work with Aero Performance and Aero Development to align CFD predictions with WT tests and real-world performance, across seniority levels, based on experience.

The role demands 3+ years in race car aerodynamics CFD, strong CFD, data analysis, and Python/LINUX tools, with a focus on ownership and cross-team collaboration for data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in mathematics or engineering with CFD focus.
• 3+ years of aero CFD development in motorsport or F1 preferred.
• Experience with CFD data analysis and validation.
• Proficiency in Python and Linux environments.
• OpenFOAM experience; CATIA V6/3DExperience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with CFD methodology, Aero Performance and Aero Development to improve CFD tool confidence.
• Validate new CFD methodologies and contribute to process improvements.
• Contribute to overall CFD workflow enhancements.
• Collaborate across the CFD Group and wider Aerodynamics organisation.
