Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in automotive requirements engineering and/or system-level testing.
• Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Experience with automotive standards and V-model development processes.
• Experience with requirement management tools (DOORS NG, Polarion, Jama Connect, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in writing testable, traceable requirements.
• Good communication skills to work across cross-functional teams (development, system, test, safety).

Aufgaben

• Collect, analyze, and refine stakeholder needs for a defined ADAS feature.
• Write clear, unambiguous, and testable requirements at system and software level.
• Maintain requirement traceability across the V-model using DOORS NG, Polarion, Jama, or CodeBeamer.
• Manage requirement change requests, impact analysis, and version control.
• Collaborate with system architects to ensure requirements are technically feasible.
• Support requirement reviews, walkthroughs, and baselining activities.
• Derive test cases and test specifications directly from requirements.
• Support system-level validation testing (HiL, SiL, vehicle-level, or test bench).
• Analyze test results and feed findings back into requirement refinement.
• Contribute to test strategy and coverage analysis for traceability.
