Zusammenfassung

Enact Intelligence in Zürich is seeking a hands-on engineer to drive next-gen robotic actuators from prototyping to production, turning insights into the next evolution of actuation. You will build test rigs, run experiments, and help define performance criteria for our hardware.

You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure quality, reliability, and fast iteration, applying a rigorous, data-driven approach to optimize both product and process.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in mechanical, mechatronic, or electrical engineering with hands-on experience.
• Experience in testing, characterization, or quality and reliability engineering.
• Hands-on design and build of test rigs (torque sensors, load cells, encoders, etc.).
• Fluency in English; ability to work in international team.
• Strong CAD skills for fixtures and test hardware.
• Ability to analyze measurement uncertainty and calibrate setups.
• Data-driven root-cause analysis mindset.

Aufgaben

• Design and build actuator test setups and rigs, characterize motor performance.
• Own motor quality and reliability, including FMEA and thermal-cycle testing.
• Investigate failures and performance drift; drive corrective actions.
• Run data collection, reporting, and define acceptance criteria and KPIs.
