Zusammenfassung

Masimo, a Danaher operating company in Neuchâtel, seeks an Accountant for International Reporting & Compliance to join the on-site finance team. You will handle international reporting, tax payments, and assist monthly closings with cross-border reconciliations.

The role requires 1–2 years in accounting/reporting, fluency in French and English, and experience with MS Office and accounting software. Previous US multinational exposure is a plus.

The Accountant, International Reporting & Compliance

The Accountant, International Reporting & Compliance is responsible for international reporting and compliance activities for several subsidiaries, while supporting the monthly closing process. The role also supports the Manager with various accounting activities and analyses. This position reports to the Director, International Finance, part of the Finance team located in Neuchâtel, and will be an on-site role.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare standalone financial statements for selected international subsidiaries.
• Support local financial audits and filings, including preparation of supporting documentation.
• Prepare and follow up reconciliations between US GAAP and local accounting standards for selected international subsidiaries.
• Prepare, book and follow up income tax payments on a monthly basis.
• Support the monthly closing process, including multi-ledger bookings and reconciliations.

Essential Requirements

• Accounting degree or commercial diploma.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar accounting, reporting or compliance function.
• Professional proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software/tools.
• It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
• Working in a US company and/or multinational environment.
• Previous experience in a Big Four accounting firm.
