Qualifikationen

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen, Weiterbildung als Treuhänder FA/Accountant FA.
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Treuhand-Erfahrung, ideal international.
• PC-Kenntnisse Windows/Office/Sage/Abacus.
• Ausgeprägte Kundenkompetenz und Kommunikationsstärke.
• Freundliches Auftreten, auch in Stresssituationen.
• Selbstorganisation, Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität, Lernbereitschaft.
• Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse (weitere Sprachen vorteilhaft).

Aufgaben

• Eigenständige Mandatsbuchhaltung für Klienten betreuen.
• Monats-, Zwischen- und Jahresabschlüsse nach OR erstellen.
• Liquiditätsplanung, Löhne und Sozialversicherungen betreuen.
• Mehrwertsteuer- und internationale VAT-Administration abwickeln.
• Dossiers vorbereiten, Verträge erstellen, Protokolle führen.

Overview In this role you will independently manage client accounting for an international boutique trust company in Zug, ensuring accurate interim, monthly and annual financial statements in line with OR. You will work with cross-functional teams on liquidity planning, payroll, social insurances, VAT, and tax matters while supporting compliance and company setup activities. You will lead clerks, maintain client dossiers, and contribute to financial planning and client services in an international context. • Independent management of client accounting
• Preparation of interim, monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with OR
