OBLIQ, the software and AI brand of AR Media Solutions, seeks an Accountant to maintain accurate financial records and support day-to-day accounting operations. You will work directly with the founders to provide clear financial information and keep processes organized.

You will handle invoicing, reconciliations, tax documentation, and contribute to continuous improvements in financial workflows within a software and digital services environment.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant education or professional qualifications in accounting or finance.
• Practical experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with Swiss accounting requirements and VAT processes.
• Confidence using accounting software and spreadsheets.
• Accuracy, discretion, and a structured approach to deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Maintaining bookkeeping records and ensuring transactions are recorded accurately.
• Managing customer invoices, supplier invoices, and payment reconciliation.
• Monitoring receivables, payables, and outstanding payments.
• Reconciling bank accounts and investigating discrepancies.
• Preparing financial summaries and supporting period-end closing activities.
• Organising documentation for tax filings and coordinating with external advisers.
• Improving accounting processes and the quality of financial records.
