Zusammenfassung

The Global Fund currently seeks a Specialist, Access Financing to design and deliver innovative financing models that enable equitable product access and scale-up. You will oversee the Access Fund and related mechanisms, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and country needs.

You will drive rollout, coordinate with Sourcing, Grant Management, Finance and Legal, and act as a focal point for financing solutions within Supply Operations.

Qualifikationen

• Essential: Advanced degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field.
• Desirable: Business administration or financial qualification.
• Experience in health financing, innovative finance, or large financing initiatives.
• Experience designing and managing financing mechanisms or investment tools.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, project management, and analytical skills.

Aufgaben

• Access Financing Solution Design: conceptualize innovative models addressing market and financial barriers.
• Implementation & Operational Delivery: roll out financing mechanisms and integrate into procurement processes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: coordinate with internal and external partners and lead briefings on financing status.
• Risk Management & Process Improvement: ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and drive governance improvements.
