The Global Fund is seeking an Associate Specialist in Health Technologies Sourcing to support the design and execution of global tendering and category strategies. You will work with Category Specialists to implement contracts, monitor savings, and manage supplier performance, ensuring timely data insights and compliant procurement processes.

Qualifikationen

• Essential: Bachelor’s degree in health, science, or business field.
• Desirable: MBA or public health sustainability qualification.
• Professional certifications in Project/ Supply Chain/ Procurement/ Contract Management/ Negotiation.
• Essential: Procurement and supply chain management experience in public or private sectors.
• Experience with data analytics for health product sourcing and reporting.
• Experience with databases and digital contracting systems.
• Languages: English excellent; French preferred.

Aufgaben

• Support design, development, and implementation of product category strategies and global tendering.
• Assist in operational implementation of category strategies, tender outcomes, contracts, allocations, and performance.
• Contribute to category savings targets and KPI monitoring.
• Support supplier performance management and coordination with manufacturers and PSAs.
• Ensure compliant contract implementation and value delivery.
• Own data management and provide insights through visualizations.
• Maintain category management reporting and supplier allocation algorithms.
• Collaborate to improve databases and systems like Product Data Hub.
