Zusammenfassung

Hug Engineering seeks an ABACUS ERP expert to act as the central contact for ABACUS, supporting multiple departments and external partners in optimizing business processes and digitalizing operations. You will lead ERP implementation projects and coordinate ABACUS support across the organization, including subsidiaries outside Switzerland.

The role requires a completed apprenticeship with several years’ ABACUS experience, solid database knowledge, and strong German and English skills (min B2).

Qualifikationen

• Completed apprenticeship and several years of ABACUS experience.
• Experience with ABACUS modules: FIBU, DEBI, KREDI, PROJ.
• Database systems experience.
• Structured, reliable and independent working style with cross-functional thinking.
• Strong communication, team player mindset and assertiveness.
• Good German and English skills (minimum B2).

Aufgaben

• Support internal 1st- and 2nd-level ABACUS support.
• Develop and implement ABACUS solutions based on requirements.
• Define and create processes.
• Coordinate 2nd-level support with ABACUS sales partner.
• Lead and implement ERP implementation projects.
• Support rollouts of new applications in subsidiaries outside Switzerland.
• Maintain ticketing system and documentation.
