The main stakeholders that support the development and delivery of training are Service, Product Management, Project Management, Engineering, and Sales.You will be mainly accountable for:Preparing and delivering training courses in the classroom or on-siteDeveloping course material for classroom and on-site training in your own area of responsibility and advising on updates needed in e-learning material.Supporting the Field Service team and other teams/units, when necessary, by applying your technical expertise to support-related tasks and responsibilities.Supporting course administration by coordinating arrangements and responding to enquiries and requests related to training courses.Our team dynamicsYou will join a dynamic, motivated, and high-performing global team where youcan thrive.Qualifications for the roleBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in service operations, training, engineering, testing, or power quality, with a strong background in electrical and electronic systems.Experience in the power protection field, with roles in Training, Service, R&D, or Sales. Hands-on experience with power protection equipment is desirable.Additional qualifications or certification in adult education or training delivery are preferred.Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.You enjoy working with methodologies for facilitating adult learning and communication.
