Solvere is seeking a full-time Acumatica Construction Implementation Consultant to join our remote team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end Acumatica Construction implementation projects—managing planning, system configuration, process design, testing and training, and ongoing support. You’ll collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique business needs, deliver tailored solutions, and drive successful adoption of the Acumatica platform within the construction industry.

We work with the leading Acumatica resellers to deliver expert solutions in construction, distribution, manufacturing, field services and finance. Our team is passionate about solving complex business problems with smart, scalable ERP systems—bringing clarity, efficiency, and long-term value to every project.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Financial Management, MIS, Accounting, IT, or related field
• Minimum of 3+ years experience in Acumatica ERP implementations
• Must be Acumatica Certified Consultant
• Proven experience in Construction and Finance ERP modules
• Strong understanding of ERP financial systems & business analysis processes
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Able to work 9–5 in any North American time zone; flexibility for OT during Go-Lives
• Willingness and ability to travel in Canada / USA as needed. Expected to be infrequent.
• Reliable internet and functional home office setup
• Lead end-to-end implementation of Acumatica Construction Cloud ERP.
• Lead requirements analysis to understand complex client needs.
• Design, document, and present business workflows using Acumatica.
• Train users on best practices for finance and construction module use.
• Create Functional Requirements Documentation for customizations and integrations.
• Provide frontline support for clients following implementation.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
• Import and manage large datasets within Acumatica ERP.
• Build reports, dashboards, and custom GIs tailored to client needs.
