The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying various materials including cement fiber board, Lux, wood and aluminum soffit, in accordance with project specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. The Applicator will work closely with other team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This position is on a piece work basis. Some travel may be involved.

- Perform siding tasks as needed, including trimming, flashings and finishing work
- Utilize caulking techniques to seal joints and gaps in various structures
- Assist with heavy lifting of materials and equipment as required on job sites
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- 2+ years of siding experience
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Familiarity with carpentry techniques is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly
- Technical skills: measurement and layout, material knowledge (vinyl, fiber cement, metal, wood, and composite siding), installation techniques, weatherproofing, tool use, fastener selection, and safety compliance
