A leading financial services provider in Toronto is seeking a Growth Strategy professional with over 8 years of experience in analytics and product management. The role involves owning the growth backlog, collaborating with various teams, and interpreting data to enhance business initiatives. This position offers a hybrid work model, focusing on strategic growth and continuous learning.

Quantify and prioritize plays: Size value; develop theses with targets and proof plans across cohorts and instrumentation.
Frame strategic choices: recommend product/pricing/comp/policy change requests with supporting economics and risk perspectives.
Enable decisions & execution: prepare decision briefs & handoff packages.
Drive continuous learning: review results post-launch; promote, iterate, or eliminate plays; refresh the roadmap accordingly.

Conversion lift: Model-to-live lift in win rate/conversion.
8+ years in product/growth/analytics in financial services or similar, regulated domains.
Strong background in growth strategy, segmentation & test design;
Experience turning data/models into funded initiatives (propensity, segmentation, test design).
