Join the team as our next Zuora Billing and Revenue Lead.
About the job
This position is needed to join our Enterprise Application Development and Operations team as a lead Application Engineer. You will architect, design, develop, configure, test, and support Zuora applications involving Billing, AR, and Revenue systems supporting Finance, Quote, Billing, AR, Revenue, and Accounting teams. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a solid analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, diligent time management, team-oriented, and able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
This role requires expertise in Zuora Subscriptions, Billing, AR, Zuora Revenue, product and pricing configuration, and Cash application processes, integrated with multiple upstream and downstream systems. You will manage Twilio’s Q2C landscape in partnership with global teams, driving system integration, reporting, automation, and innovation. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing, configuring, developing, and testing billing, cash, and revenue processes in Zuora, with an understanding of multiple billing platforms, and building scalable systems for acquisitions, enhancements, and compliance projects.
