What we expect from you

As General Manager, you hold the most senior position in the store. Your main mission is to lead the team to achieve store objectives by meeting company management standards and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Lead, develop and supervise the management team to achieve sales targets

Control the organisation and planning of people and processes

Oversee the inventory management and the flow of goods

Supervise the product display in all sections of the store

Supervise the functioning of in-store devices

Oversees the various commercial analysis and the execution of actions

Communicate and provide continuous feedback to upper management

Leads the customer service standards in the store

Ensure that incidents are resolved in a timely manner

Develop, acknowledge and provide constructive feedback for the evolution of the store managers

Lead compliance with regulations on occupational risk prevention, and health and safety at work
