Job summary

Paradies Lagardère in Vancouver is hiring a part-time retail associate for a 10:30 PM–6:30 AM shift. You will put the customer first and deliver memorable, personalized service through needs analyses and product recommendations.

You will also offer promotional products, resolve issues, and maintain store appearance while handling POS transactions and inventory tasks with accuracy. A high school diploma and retail experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Minimum one year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team orientated environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and an ability to communicate effectively using the English language.
• Self-starter able to prioritize and handle various tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics.
• Ability to pass required background checks.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 40 lbs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Understands and complies with Cash Handling and Loss Prevention Standard Operating Procedures.

• Computer work, heavy lifting (40 lbs.), long standing periods, climbing lifting, bending, nights or weekend work, based in a store or group of stores, early morning, evening and weekend work and holiday.

Pay: $18.25/hour Part- time - 10:30 PM -6:30AM

This position will require a Canadian Criminal Records Check (CCRC). This piece of documentation is a background check of your criminal history and can be acquired at your local police station. Are you willing to acquire a Canadian Criminal Record Check to work at the airport in this position?
