Job summary

Highlands YFC | Youth Unlimited in Ontario is seeking a Youth Worker to engage local youth across Fergus, Grand Valley, Huntsville and Orangeville, delivering programs and building trusted community partnerships.

This full-time role (35-40 hours/week) offers a starting salary between CAD 34,500 and CAD 37,000, with funding on a missionary basis and benefits provided. Successful candidates will demonstrate faith-driven service and community engagement.

A Youth Worker plays a key role in developing and maintaining programs for youth, building community partnerships and staying connected to the youth. We need Youth Workers in most Highlands Region Centres. Specifically, we are looking for new Youth Workers in Fergus, Grand Valley, Huntsville & Orangeville.

This is a full time position (35-40 hours/week).

The starting salary range for this staff position is $34,500 to $37,000. It is determined on a scale based on education and experience (0-5 years) and is 100% funded on a missionary basis - requiring the gathering of a personal support team to cover the salary. Benefits are available.
