Southwestern Ontario Youth For Christ/Youth Unlimited is looking for a dynamic individual to engage and support youth through various programming in Ontario, Canada. The role involves planning, implementing youth activities, and working directly with volunteers to foster community relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong alignment with the organization's mission, spiritual maturity, and excellent relational abilities. This position offers a supportive culture, meaningful work opportunities, and competitive compensation.
We are looking for the kind of person who can plan, implement, and engage in youth activities in a Youth Centre and/or Elementary/High School setting. The interested candidate should be able to create programs based on their God-given abilities while considering the needs of the community youth they are serving. Relationship building capabilities are essential to this position. Responsibilities include creative programming, team work and team building, personal/professional development, administrative tasks, and creating a support base of ministry partners who will financially support you in this ministry.
Compensation range: $43,638-54,548
The salary of this position is determined on a scale based on education and experience, and is funded on a missionary basis requiring the development of a ministry partnership team.
