The Youth at Work program supports teens and young adults with disabilities in gaining employment experiences, building skills, confidence, and connections. This role is for high school students beginning to volunteer at our hospital. The hourly rate is $21.69.

The Youth Worker will regularly communicate with the program’s Occupational Therapist(s) to discuss client participation, goals, and strategy adjustments to promote engagement, confidence, and safety.
