A community wellness center in Kelowna is seeking a passionate Youth Worker to foster a welcoming environment for youth and their families. The ideal candidate will promote positive wellness through engaging programs and must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field. As part of our YMCA Youth Development Strategy and our commitment to JAIDE (Justice Access Inclusion Diversity and Equity) priorities the YMCA is seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Worker to join our team and enhance belonging at our YMCA facilities. This role is integral to fostering a welcoming environment where all youth and their families feel valued respected and empowered. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to inclusion experience working with diverse populations and can create and implement programs that promote positive wellness and connection.
