Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a related field preferred; experience with vulnerable children advantageous.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays availability required.
• Must have a personal vehicle, Alberta Class 5 license, and $2M liability insurance.
• Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Search and Intervention Record Check required.

Responsibilities

• Support children and youth in daily activities and routines.
• Maintain a structured setting and supervise to ensure safety.
• Participate in team supervision and cover shifts (min 3 per month).
• Follow treatment strategies and crisis management protocols.
• Comply with workplace compliance checks prior to start.
