A leading youth sports organization in Toronto is seeking an energetic Soccer Development Officer to lead soccer sessions for children aged 18 months to 13 years. This position involves mentoring part-time coaches, overseeing session operations, and ensuring high-quality programming. Qualifications
Experience working with children aged 2 - 12 years.
Preference for experienced soccer coaches who work with Toddler and Youth.
Experience with young child sports organizations or soccer environments.
Responsibilities
Lead soccer sessions for children aged 18 months to 13 years.
Supervise and mentor part-time coaches for program quality.
Oversee session setup, event operations, and daily programming.
Provide on-field and off-field training to coaching staff.
Communicate with management to support operational needs.
