Job summary

A leading youth sports organization in Toronto is seeking an energetic Soccer Development Officer to lead soccer sessions for children aged 18 months to 13 years. Qualifications

• Experience working with children aged 2 - 12 years.
• Preference for experienced soccer coaches who work with Toddler and Youth.
• Experience with young child sports organizations or soccer environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead soccer sessions for children aged 18 months to 13 years.
• Supervise and mentor part-time coaches for program quality.
• Oversee session setup, event operations, and daily programming.
• Provide on-field and off-field training to coaching staff.
