The City of Penticton is seeking a compassionate individual for the Youth Restorative Pathway Coordinator position. This part-time role will utilize Restorative Justice practices to support youth in the community, focused on building relationships and providing advocacy. The ideal candidate will possess solid organizational skills, experience with vulnerable populations, and a dedication to community engagement.

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to serve as the Youth Restorative Pathway Coordinator. This part-time role involves the principles of Restorative Practices and combines the use of the Restorative Justice Family Group Conference model to support administrators and youth in the School Districts of 67 & 53 area. This position will use Restorative Justice practices to help build and re-connect the relationship between a youth that has caused harm with those that they have harmed (whether its another youth or the school as a whole).

Position type :
Part-time Temporary (This grant contract term will conclude June 30 2026 28 hours per week). This position involves irregular hours and days of work and may include weekends and evenings.
Wage :
27.50 per hour (CUPE)
Benefits :
Additional 15.5% in lieu of benefits vacation and statutory holidays (unless permanent).
