The MU Extension 4-H Center for Youth Development focuses on developing communities of young people learning citizenship, leadership, and life skills. 4-H is supported by public and private resources to enrich learning experiences for youth and adults. More info at 4-H Missouri.
This role will support 4-H Youth Development programs in the assigned area, under the supervision of the 4-H Youth Development Specialist.
Supervision is received from the Field Specialist in 4-H Youth Development. This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with travel and flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, as required.
An Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with some relevant experience.
At least six hours in youth development domains (PRKC), experience with group work involving children, ability to travel and work flexible hours, self-motivation, and initiative.
Hourly wage: $14.00 - $17.00, Grade GGS-005. This position is not eligible for university benefits but may participate in the Tax-Deferred Annuity Plan (403b). For details, visit the Benefits Website.
