Overview

Youth Pastor (Part-Time) – Approx. 20 hours per week

Oak Bluff Bible Church is seeking a part-time Youth Pastor to lead, disciple, and care for the youth of our church and community by helping young people grow in faith, discover Jesus as Lord and Saviour, and live as committed followers of Christ.

Responsibilities

• Lead and disciple approximately 20-30 youth through weekly youth group events and Bible studies while building meaningful connections, showing they are valued and cared for.
• Mentor and support volunteer youth leaders, equipping them for effective ministry.
• Contribute to the broader life of the church by attending Sunday services and assisting in other ministries.

• Experience working with youth and a demonstrated passion for helping them grow in faith.
• A mature, growing relationship with Jesus Christ, with an active prayer life and commitment to God’s Word.
• Theological training from a recognized Bible college or seminary.
• Willingness and ability to become credentialed with the Evangelical Mennonite Conference

Compensation
