Toryglen Community Hall(TCH) has been a registered charity since 1988 with SCIO status from 2015.TCH facilitates a range of educational, health, recreational, environmental, and social integration-related activities seven days per week.These activities are delivered by a mix of providers : community organisations, statutory agencies, and specialist provisions.

Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Youth and Community Development Co-ordinator at Toryglen Community Hall located in the Greater Glasgow Area. The Co-ordinator will be responsible for community engagement, economic development, communication, community development, and event management activities.

Qualifications

  • Community Engagement and Communication skills
  • Experience in Economic Development and Event Management
  • Knowledge of Community Development principles
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse community groups
  • Experience in project management and grant writing is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Social Work, or a related field
