Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a related diploma program.
  • Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical components is an asset.

  • Maintain tools and equipment according to safety standards.

Learn from our team of experienced Remanufacturing Technicians and launch your career forward with Liebherr!

As our newest apprentice in our REMAN division you will have the opportunity to work with and support experienced Liebherr Remanufacturing Technicians to remanufacture & repair Liebherr components to OEM specifications in a production environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support senior technicians with the inspection maintenance and repair of key heavy equipment components such as engines drivetrains hydraulic pumps motors and cylinders.
  • Perform material handling tasks including moving parts freight and stock to and from storage or work areas using hand tools forklifts overhead cranes or other equipment.
  • Ensure completion of final checks and verifications as outlined in work instructions scope of work technical specifications and verbal guidance.
  • Prepare and submit accurate timely technical documentation and reports including quality control checklists and inspection forms.
  • Operate and maintain hand tools power tools equipment and work areas in compliance with company standards and safety protocols.
  • Prioritize safety by demonstrating proper use of tools lifting devices and safe material handling techniques as part of daily work practices.

Competencies

  • You are currently completing your Heavy Equipment and / or Truck & Trailer Diploma at a registered Trade School.
  • Working knowledge of electrical hydraulic pneumatic and mechanical components will be considered an asset.
  • You are able to effectively communicate detailed and complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • You are self-motivated with the ability to work alone unsupervised for extended periods of time
  • Ability to work with computers and Microsoft Office suite
