YJ Food Ltd dba Ruran Korean Restaurant is seeking F/T Cooks.

Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $17.62~$20.00/hour (depending on experience)

Number of Positions: 2

Work Location: 2573 Shaughnessy St, Port Coquitlam, BC V3C 3G3

Job Duties:

1. Plan new menu items, regulate size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and purchase kitchen supplies
2. Monitor kitchen operation
3. Keep the environment clean and sanitized
4. Train other kitchen helpers in preparation, cooking, and handling food items
5. Prepare complete meals and all our menu items
6. Keep inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
7. Order supplies and equipment when needed
8. May supervise kitchen staff and helpers

Job Requirements:

1. Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience is required
2. Education: Completion of secondary school is required
