Job summary

Ledcor Highways Ltd. is hiring year‑round road maintenance operators for work in Fox Creek, AB. The roles require a Class1, 2 or 3 license and involve operating snowplow trucks and wheel loaders to maintain Alberta highways in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50lbs.
• Valid Class1 or 3 driver’s license with air endorsement.
• Clear 3-year driver’s abstract.

Responsibilities

• Operate snowplow trucks, wheel loaders, and other heavy equipment as required.
• Maintain Alberta Provincial Highways year-round, including labourer duties (crack sealing, pothole repair, bridge and signage cleaning, hazard remediation).
• Work outside in all weather conditions.
