Job summary

RB Global, Inc. in Winnipeg is seeking a Part-Time Yard Staff member to safely receive, process, lineup, and support auction day operations for consigned equipment.

You will drive/operate equipment, conduct facility checks, maintain equipment, manage keys, and set up signage and pickups, aligned with RB's customer service standards. This role requires hands-on work in a fast-paced auction environment.

Qualifications

• Good customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Valid and clean Driver License required

Responsibilities

• Receives/releases (checks-in/checks-out) consigned equipment for auction.
• Uses an auction listing to line up equipment for display prior to auction.
• Drives/operates heavy and light equipment.
• Performs facility inspections (per checklists) and provides housekeeping or maintenance services as necessary.
• Performs basic maintenance on RB owned equipment.
• Manages keys for equipment.
• Checks fluid and fuel levels on equipment.
• Sets out signage, flagging, and trash receptacles for auction day.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
