Job summary

RB Global, Inc. seeks a Part-Time Yard Staff to safely receive, process, line up, and support sale day activities for consigned equipment at our auction site. Responsibilities include operating equipment, conducting inspections, basic maintenance, and housekeeping to uphold RBAs high service standards.

You will manage equipment flow, assist with load/unload operations, and ensure compliance with vehicle policies while supporting the auction process on site.

Qualifications

• Receives/releases (checks-in/checks-out) consigned equipment for auction.
• Uses an auction listing to line up equipment for display prior to auction.
• Drives/operates heavy and light equipment.
• Performs facility inspections (per checklists) and provides housekeeping or maintenance services as necessary.
• Performs basic maintenance on RBA owned equipment.
• Manages keys for equipment.
• Operates forklift to load/unload stationary row equipment.
• Basic assembly of equipment i.e. dozer blades, etc.
• Checks fluid and fuel levels on equipment.
• Sets out signage, flagging, and trash receptacles for auction day.
• Drives sound truck.
• Holds ‘This item for sale sign’ (stick person).
• Places operators in rolling stock.
• Parks sold equipment on the ramp.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Valid driver's license meeting company’s motor vehicle policy required
