What You’ll Be Doing

If you enjoy working with your hands and have an interest in agriculture, we are eager to hear from you!

In This Role You Will
  • Operate basic equipment and machinery, and perform general labor duties.
  • Load and unload containers, materials, and products using hands or forklift.
  • Transfer goods, organize received products, and prepare shipments.
  • Blend fertilizer.
  • Receive grain, sample, test, and weigh to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Remove snow during winter months.

This is a seasonal position from mid-April to mid-June.

What You Bring To The Table
  • Basic knowledge and skills to operate simple plant equipment and machinery safely.
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean record; DZ license is an asset.
  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
  • Experience operating skid steer, loader, or bobcat.
  • Ability to read maps, bills of lading, follow delivery instructions, and adhere to safety rules and operating procedures.
  • Conversational English skills.
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • A desire to grow within the company and learn about the agricultural business.
  • Willingness to work additional hours during spring planting and fall harvest seasons.
