Lifting Solutions Inc. in Edmonton is seeking a Yard Heavy Equipment Operator/Shipper Receiver to manage shipping, receiving and inventory in our fast-paced warehouse. This role supports manufacturing and field teams, ensuring accurate documentation and timely deliveries.

You will operate forklifts and cranes, prepare products for shipment, and maintain safety standards. Strong organization, attention to detail and teamwork are essential; NAV and ERP experience is an asset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years shipping, receiving or warehouse experience.
• Experience using forklifts, pallet jacks, skid steer, and other material handling equipment (valid forklift certification is an asset).
• Experience using 15 ton overhead crane, large forklift up to 25 ton.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems; NAV experience is an asset.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong safety mindset and commitment to following company safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation and timely delivery.
• Load and unload shipments, inspect materials, and verify quantities against purchase orders.
• Prepare products, parts, and equipment for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and scheduling pickups.
• Organize, store, and track inventory in warehouse and staging areas, ensuring proper stock rotation and placement.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records in ERP systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams and freight carriers to ensure smooth logistics and timely deliveries.
• Promote and maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

The Opportunity:
As a Yard Heavy Equipment Operator & Shipper Receiver at Lifting Solutions, you will be responsible for managing the accurate and timely shipping, receiving, and handling of materials, equipment, and products.
