Position at Latham Pool Products, Inc. (Canada)

Yard Hand – Student

Wages: $22 an hour

Hours: full-time up to 40 hours a week - Monday to Friday

What we offer:

• Weekly pay – you receive a direct pay deposit every week
• Overtime payable after 40 hours

What you will do:

• Work as part of a team to manufacture fiberglass pools
• Work with yard/crane team moving pools from production into staging areas
• Work with yard/crane team loading fiberglass pools onto delivery truck and trailers
• Work with pool outfitting and detail team to prepare pools for shipping
• Able to work with pressure washer, caulking gun, electric buffers, etc.
• Physical requirements of the position include but are not limited to prolonged standing, frequent bending/reaching/stooping, overhead work for 8-12 hour shifts, lifting up to fifty (50) pounds
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, hard hat, gloves, and/or protective outerwear and safety shoes are required. Exposure to dust, odors/fumes, heat or cold (dependent upon weather conditions) and noise is typical. PPE will be provided other than safety shoes.
