Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. in Concord, Ontario is seeking a part-time, permanent Yard Crew employee to stack skids, keep trailers clean, and support yard operations.

Shifts start at 11:00 PM or 4:00 AM and run 3–5 hours daily, Monday to Friday, with eligibility for union benefits and progression within a Fortune 100 company. The role requires the ability to lift 70 lbs, comfort with a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, and working inside trailers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (35 kg) without assistance.
• Full availability to work Monday to Friday.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Comfortable working inside truck trailers and staying longer than the usual shift hours depending on operational needs and shipment volume.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and follow the company-established safety rules and procedures.
• Learn and properly execute company-established package handling methods.
• Stack skids and clean the inside of company trailers.
• Maintain the surrounding work areas.
• Perform yard check – walk with a team to check every trailer in the yard and record condition of trailer
