What You'll Do
  • Keep our machines ready for action — run the equipment regularly to charge the batteries and make sure everything stays in top shape (no flat tires or surprises).
  • Own the Yard & Warehouse : Keep equipment, tools, and inventory organized, clean, and ready to roll.
  • Handle with Skill : Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and skid steers with confidence.
  • Keep Things Moving : Load, unload, track, and store equipment / materials with accuracy.
  • Maintenance & TLC : Perform basic maintenance, minor repairs, and pitch in with landscaping.
  • Safety First : Inspect shipments, log damages, verify packing slips, and uphold safety standards.
  • Team Support : Work cross-functionally and provide professional, friendly service to colleagues and partners.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years in a yard / warehouse or operations role (OEM / heavy equipment background is a plus).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Comfortable operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment.
  • Physically fit and weather-ready—rain, snow, or shine.
  • Detail-oriented, great communicator, and natural team player.
  • High school diploma (or equivalent).
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada.
