Job Description Summary

Sunbelt Rentals – the fastest growing rental business in Canada – is seeking a Yard Associate – You!

The Yard Associate is responsible for stationing and retrieving equipment on the location's property. The role maintains a written maintenance schedule and may service equipment as necessary to ensure it meets all set specifications. The Equipment Associate also inspects equipment prior to and after rental to document any lost and/or damaged equipment. Our growth and internal promotion rate mean we are always looking to add top performers to our team.

Education or Experience That Prepares You for Success

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid Class G License with a clean record
• Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred
• Experience with pressure washing
• Ability to operate large equipment
• Experience/training in mechanical repair preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Effective communication skills (written and oral)
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Mechanical aptitude
• Safety-conscious mindset

Physical Demands

Compensation
