Responsibilities

• Managing a team of 2-6 Staff Writers
• Supervising the content creation process, including reviewing the work of the writing team
• Setting and enforcing standards for Staff Writers' performance, providing regular feedback, and coaching to develop their careers
• Helping schedule and organize the writers' work
• Being the point of communication to and from the team
• Participating in hiring and training new Staff Writers
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role
• 5+ years of writing experience

• Experience as a Section Editor, Vertical Lead, or Managing Editor
