Your core focus will be leading worship, developing volunteers, and collaborating with the Lead Pastor and staff team to plan meaningful, Christ-centred services. Your time will be spent:
The Worship Pastor role requires 20–25 hours per week. A full‑time position requiring 40 hours per week is available for a candidate with the skills and vision to also lead CBC’s broadcast A/V and social media presence.
CBC currently streams services live, maintains a YouTube channel, and has a presence on Facebook. In a media‑rich world, effective outreach increasingly happens beyond Sunday morning. The right candidate will take ownership of this communication ministry, extending CBC’s voice and welcome into the broader community.
Our Worship Pastor should demonstrate Christian character and servant leadership as stated in 1 Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:5-9, and 1 Peter 5:1-4. He or she should:
