Position Overview:
PharmAchieve is seeking licensed pharmacists and/or nurses currently residing in Nunavut to assist with delivering the in-person component of our Injections and Immunizations Certification Course. This role involves conducting a short in-person workshop to assess and guide students who have completed the online portion of the course.
This is an excellent opportunity for healthcare professionals who are passionate about education and immunization to contribute to advancing public health while working with a flexible schedule.
Duties:
  • Deliver a brief 30-minute instructional recap (training and materials provided) on injection techniques
  • Observe and assess students as they demonstrate injection administration, following our standardized checklist
  • Determine whether students meet the competency standards for successful course completion
  • Coordinate with PharmAchieve on logistics and materials required for each session
Qualifications:
  • Licensed pharmacist or nurse residing in Nunavut
  • Must be injection-certified
  • Ability to host workshops at a pharmacy or have access to a classroom or similar space
  • Comfortable teaching and evaluating practical skills in a small-group setting
  • Reliable, communicative, and organized
