CORE DUTIES
Independently facilitate The Power of Possible (POP): A dynamic and innovative program that includes skills for job seeking, self-management tools, and a structured, active job search curriculum. This 30-hour in-person employment readiness program will run 1-2 times a month. The staff person will also be responsible for case noting participant engagement and tracking program outcomes.
Other employment readiness workshops: Develop and facilitate other information sessions and workshops on topics such as networking, interview skills, disability accommodations, and more. The WF/CSS will also assist in recruiting participants and tracking session outcomes.
Client Reception and Engagement: Greet potential clients as they enter our employment center, creating a welcoming environment, to make clients feel comfortable. Conduct pre-screening interviews with clients to assess their needs and determine the appropriate services. Provide detailed information about PATH services, schedule intakes and refer clients to additional resources, or services within the community.
