  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with members through in-person, phone, email, and virtual meetings, managing a high volume of warm leads daily to address investment or retirement plan inquiries.
  4. Offer education and advice on financial planning and related topics.
  5. Engage proactively and reactively with members considering asset withdrawals, probing to understand their concerns and offering personalized financial solutions.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and enhance satisfaction.
  7. Implement client win-back initiatives and campaigns to prevent asset outflows and improve engagement and retention.
  8. Contribute to the team’s goal of growing and retaining plan member assets.
  9. Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and loyalty through value-added services, customized solutions, and personalized planning.
What you will bring:

  4. Professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) are advantageous.
  5. At least five years of industry experience in financial services with a focus on sales or loyalty retention.
  6. Strong knowledge of pension, savings, and investment products/services.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven client engagement effectiveness.
  8. Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
  9. Demonstrated negotiation and influence skills to retain assets.
  10. Quick learner, adaptable, able to identify patterns, and make client-focused recommendations.
  11. Willingness to travel across Canada.
